One of the major problems amongst our youth is their inability to recognize the social engineering taking place in many area’s of their lives. As community leaders with empirical wisdom, NOMW solution based program allows the youth to touch, taste, hear, see and smell what overcoming life’s hardships look like in real time.
With your financial support, NOMW mentors will have the ability to work hands-on with our mentees to ensure each youth gains insight regarding the clear consequences for positive or negative actions in life. We function as an each one, teach one organization. Collective responsibility is the order of the day.
RECOGNIZINE DISPARITIES IN LIFE OUTCOMES
Roxbury and Dorchester residents are incarcerated at twice the rate of Boston residents as a whole, giving the highest concentrations among all of the city’s primary neighborhoods.
