Not On My Watch Mentoring, Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) tax exempt youth mentoring organization. This organization was developed and designed to provide mentorship, guidance, encouragement, confidence, education, and responsibility to at-risk youth. We are here for all youth; but particularly seeking those who are running astray, being bullied, suffering from peer pressure, or simply needing a listening ear. We as mentors lead by example and encourage all youth to turn away from criminal thoughts and activities. The organization calls for all youth to take pride in themselves and their community.
Mission
The mission of Not On My Watch Mentoring, Inc. is to impact the decision making of today’s youth in a positive and realistic way. We aim to make the youth deliberately aware of the tremendous negative effects of violence, drug dealing, drug abuse, gun violence, drunk driving and anti-social behavior. Also, how it all has a severe negative ripple effect on families and the entire community. We want the youth to know that they will face many obstacles in their lives, but they don't have to face these difficult situations alone. Our mission is to assure the youth that we're there for them even when they think they're alone. We call upon all public officials, community leaders, families and other youth organizations to assist us in our mission to save the youth.

We understand that education is very important to our growth and development.
Therefore, we take education very serious and will not sacrifice it for nothing or no one.
